Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is an off-plan residential masterplan by Binghatti in Meydan, within the Nad Al Sheba district of Dubai. It is Binghatti's second collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and is presented as the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city: a 12-tower community of more than 13,000 homes set around a central park, rather than a single residential tower.

A masterplan, not a single tower

Binghatti unveiled the masterplan in January 2026. Its brochure lists twelve towers, each named after a Mercedes-Benz or Mercedes-Maybach concept car, around the Grand Promenade park and anchored by a spiralling signature tower, Vision Iconic.

The towers currently on sale are:

• Project Maybach (Tower 1): 816 residences, studios to 3 bedrooms
• Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury (Towers 2 and 3): 1,204 residences, studios to 3 bedrooms
• Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 (Towers 4 and 5): 1,844 residences, studios to 3 bedrooms
• Vision Iconic (Tower 6): 1,404 residences, 1 to 5 bedrooms

The remaining towers are planned for later phases.

This project is separate from Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti in Downtown Dubai, the single tower from the first Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz collaboration. The two have different locations, prices and handover schedules.

Current pricing

Binghatti's current unit listings start from:

• Studio: AED 1,350,000 (from about 341 sq ft)
• One bedroom: AED 2,300,000
• Two bedrooms: AED 3,200,000
• Three bedrooms: AED 4,950,000
• Vision Iconic 4 and 5 bedrooms: from AED 12,512,000 and AED 18,970,000

The headline on Binghatti's project page quotes from AED 1,599,999. At launch, studios were reported at about AED 1.3 million for the first release, rising to about AED 1.6 million. Prices differ by tower, floor and release and change as units sell, so confirm current availability with Seven Century before you decide.

Payment plan

Binghatti's published payment plan for Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is:

• 20% down payment
• 50% during construction
• 30% on completion

Handover

Binghatti is delivering the masterplan in three phases, so there is no single handover date for the whole city. Binghatti's current sales information points to handover of the first released towers between late 2027 and 2028, with later towers following. Launch coverage described an overall timeline of about three and a half years. Check the expected handover for your specific tower and unit, and the date in your sale and purchase agreement.

• The Grand Promenade: a central park designed as 12 curated experiences, with water features, shaded groves, art pavilions, active circuits and landscaped hills
• Multiple pools and water features across the podiums
• 12 sporting clubs and indoor residents' facilities
• Retail, cafés and lifestyle spaces along the podium edges
• Podium-level gardens and walkways

Location in Meydan

The masterplan sits in Nad Al Sheba, near Meydan Racecourse, with access to Al Khail Road and Ras Al Khor Road. Binghatti gives these approximate drive times:

• Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary: 5 minutes
• Dubai Design District: 8 minutes
• Dubai Mall and Business Bay: 10 minutes
• Dubai International Airport: 15 minutes
