• 2 bedrooms: AED 1,974,999 (from about 855 sq ft)

Payment plan and handover

Binghatti has not published a payment plan or a handover date for Binghatti Starfall on its official project page or in its official project materials. We will not quote figures circulating on third-party listings. Ask for the payment schedule and the expected completion date for your unit, and check both in the sale and purchase agreement before you reserve. Floor plans

Binghatti publishes official layouts for each unit type. The floor plans on this page are Binghatti's Type 01 layouts, one for each unit type:

• Studio Type 01: 315 sq ft suite and 114 sq ft balcony, 429 sq ft in total
• 1-bedroom Type 01: 718 sq ft suite and 61 sq ft balcony, 779 sq ft in total
• 2-bedroom Type 01: 1,117 sq ft suite and 315 sq ft balcony, 1,432 sq ft in total

• Business Bay: 9 minutes
• Dubai Festival City: 9 minutes

Binghatti also states that Al Jaddaf Metro Station is about 5 minutes away.
