Chelsea Residences by DAMAC is an off-plan residential development in Dubai Maritime City, created by DAMAC Properties in partnership with Chelsea Football Club. DAMAC describes it as the world's first football-branded residences, with more than 1,400 sea-facing homes.

DAMAC's official project page lists one-bedroom apartments from AED 2,513,000 and two-bedroom apartments from AED 4,575,000. These are developer starting prices for currently released units. Prices and availability change as each release sells, so confirm current figures with Seven Century before you make a decision.

• One-bedroom apartments: currently listed units range from about 770 to 1,010 sq ft.
• Two-bedroom apartments: layouts of up to 1,660 sq ft.
• Three-bedroom apartments: part of the project's residence mix, subject to current availability.

DAMAC designs the homes around sea views, with open-plan living areas facing the water.

Payment plan

DAMAC sells Chelsea Residences on a 60/40 construction-linked payment plan. Buyers pay a down payment and then staged instalments during construction, mostly 1% a month with larger payments at some milestones. The remaining 40% is due on completion. Completion

DAMAC's current project information gives June 2030 for completion. Off-plan completion dates can move, so check the latest construction update before you commit.
