Dubai Maritime City is a waterfront district on a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks, developed by the DP World group. It combines a maritime industrial zone with a new residential and commercial district of high-rise apartment towers.
Conceived as a purpose-built maritime centre, the peninsula is being developed in phases: an industrial precinct for ship repair and marine businesses, and a commercial precinct planned for residential, retail and office towers along a waterfront promenade. The residential side has become one of Dubai’s newer off-plan destinations, with projects from developers including DAMAC, Danube, BEYOND (part of OMNIYAT Group), LMD and Vakson.
