Shahrukhz Residences by Danube at Dubai Maritime City

Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is an off-plan waterfront tower in Dubai Maritime City, with fully furnished studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and ultra-luxury penthouses. Danube lists prices from AED 1,650,000, a 30/70 payment plan and completion in Q4 2029.

Danube describes the tower as a new landmark on the Maritime City waterfront, with uninterrupted sea views and more than 40 amenities. The penthouses are designed by Gauri Khan, according to Danube's official brochure. This is a residential project and is separate from Shahrukhz by Danube on Sheikh Zayed Road, Danube's commercial office tower in Al Sufouh.

Payment plan

Amenities are spread across a lifestyle deck, a wellness deck and a sky deck. According to Danube's brochure, amenities include:

• Infinity 33: a glass-edged infinity pool high on the tower
• Beach lagoon: a beach-style lagoon pool with a lagoon jacuzzi
• King's Club Deck: a private rooftop club overlooking the sea
• Longevity Lounge: cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, an ice bath and a salt room
• Sports hub: padel, basketball and badminton courts, a cricket pitch and a jogging track
• Indoor facilities: an indoor gym, aquatic gym, cinema, podcast studio, golf simulator, dance and Zumba studio, billiards and table tennis
• Families: a kids' water park, kids' pool and indoor and outdoor play areas
• Everyday: a business centre, clubhouse, party area, prayer rooms, saunas and steam rooms

Dubai Maritime City is a waterfront peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks, close to the old city and Downtown Dubai. Danube lists these approximate travel times:
