Valia by Emaar at Dubai Creek Harbour

Valia is an off-plan residential tower by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. It rises from a mixed-use podium and offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, with Emaar listing a starting price of AED 1.96 million.

Emaar places the tower directly across from a retail and entertainment hub, with a canal and the planned Dubai Metro Blue Line on the other side. Homes face Dubai Creek, the city skyline or the community park, and every unit has its own balcony.

Residents share a dedicated amenities floor with adult and kids' pools, a padel court, a splash pad and a yoga deck. Emaar has not yet published a payment plan, handover date or unit floor plans for Valia. The official brochure is available to download.

Valia is in Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar's waterfront community on Dubai Creek beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Emaar's brochure gives these approximate drive times:

• Dubai International Airport: 10 minutes
• Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai: 15 minutes
• Dubai Marina: 25 minutes
• Al Maktoum International Airport: 40 minutes

Buyer considerations

Emaar plans about 7.4 million sqm of residential space and 500,000 sqm of parks and open spaces at Dubai Creek Harbour. Valia joins other recent Emaar launches in the community, including Creek Haven and Creek Bay. When you compare them, look closely at view orientation, floor level and how far each tower is from the podium retail and the future Blue Line.
