Golf Trails is an off-plan collection of mid-rise residences by Emaar Properties in Emaar South, Dubai. The buildings sit on the edge of the community's 18-hole championship golf course, close to the Golf Clubhouse and Driving Range.

Emaar offers 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom townhouses at Golf Trails. The design is built around views over the golf course, with a contemporary façade and an earthy palette inside and out.

Emaar's project page headline quotes a starting price of AED 1.25 million. Its current listing of available units, however, shows 21 units from AED 1,819,888, so we use that figure as the starting price. Emaar has not published a payment plan or handover date for Golf Trails.

Emaar South is a master community in Dubai South, next to Expo City Dubai and close to Al Maktoum International Airport. Emaar's brochure gives these approximate drive times:

• Dubai Marina: 30 minutes
• Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa: 35 minutes

The community is reached via its boulevard and a major highway.

Buyer considerations

Emaar South is planned around golf living, with 25 neighbourhood parks and about 22,700 residential units, according to Emaar. Golf Trails is one of several Emaar launches in the community. The nearby Golf Fields at Emaar South offers a similar mix of apartments and townhouses.

Emaar presents the community as part of the growth corridor around Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. Emaar's current listing does not show any unit below 1,096 sq ft, so check which unit types are still available. Ask for the payment schedule and the handover date for your unit, and confirm both in the sale and purchase agreement.

Emaar's brochure reports more than 200,000 residential units delivered and over 53,000 under development as of 31 December 2025.
