The Edit at d3 by Meraas

The Edit at d3 is an off-plan residential project by Meraas in Dubai Design District (d3), the creative district beside Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. It is made up of three sculptural towers on the d3 waterfront, offering 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and three penthouses, with Meraas listing prices from AED 2,000,000.

Meraas describes 557 residences in total across the three towers. Sky gardens are set into the towers at several levels, and each tower has its own amenity focus: Tower A for entertainment and co-working, Tower B for health and wellness, and Tower C for families.

• 2-bedroom: about 1,134 to 1,963 sq ft
• 2-bedroom + maid: about 1,444 to 1,549 sq ft
• 3-bedroom: about 2,123 to 2,697 sq ft
• 4-bedroom: about 2,771 to 2,975 sq ft
• 5-bedroom penthouses: three units, about 8,754 to 13,026 sq ft, with double-height living areas and private terraces

Meraas's payment-plan sheet (published November 2025) lists starting prices of AED 2.0M for a 1-bedroom, AED 4.0M for a 2-bedroom, AED 5.1M for a 2-bedroom + maid, AED 7.7M for a 3-bedroom, AED 10.7M for a 4-bedroom and AED 34.1M for a penthouse. Prices change with availability, so ask us for current figures.

Payment plan

Meraas's official payment plan for The Edit at d3 is:

• 20% down payment on booking
• 55% in six instalments during construction (10%, 5%, 10%, 10%, 10% and 10%, scheduled between April 2026 and March 2028)
• 25% on handover, scheduled for June 2030

Amenities

Meraas lists a double-height entrance lobby, co-working and gallery space, an events lounge, sky gardens, a cinema room, an indoor and outdoor gym, yoga and wellness studios, a padel court, a resort-style family pool and lap pool, a kids' pool and play area, a kids' club, a teenagers' club with arcade and library, a sky lounge, BBQ areas and cabanas. All three towers are connected, so residents can use the amenities in every tower.

d3 is a mixed-use district for design, art and fashion, with homes, offices and waterfront promenades. Meraas lists these approximate drive times:
