Majid Al Futtaim is a Dubai-based group known for shopping malls, retail and leisure across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. Its communities business master-develops residential destinations, including Tilal Al Ghaf and Ghaf Woods in Dubai, Al Zahia in Sharjah, Al Mouj in Muscat and Waterfront City in Beirut. The group is headquartered at City Centre Deira, Dubai.
Its flagship Dubai community, Tilal Al Ghaf, covers 3 million sqm around a 110,000 sqm recreational lagoon with white sand beaches, with around 3,500 homes for 15,000 residents. Ghaf Woods is a separate forest-themed community of 11 clusters.

Its communities business lists Tilal Al Ghaf and Ghaf Woods in Dubai, Al Zahia in Sharjah, Al Mouj in Muscat and Waterfront City in Beirut. Al Mouj, launched in 2006, was its first mixed-use community.
