Usually ( let say in most of cases) once you close/sign a deal by a Real Estate, your relationship will close too, BUT here after signing the deal, I felt that even the relationship becomes stronger. The staff are very professional. And helpful sp the accounting department. However miss Khloud is somthing different. She is 5 stars. She is helping me all the way and as I hv 2 flats in dubai I guess her one flat and she got me a tenant and renew the contract for 2nd year. She convinced me to give yr company the 2nd flat as soon as the flat is empty . .Hoping she can help and find a good tenant as well. I needed to move immediately. I already knew which building I wanted to move into as I have viewed it before with other brokers. What I like about Sara was she is professional as she was punctual for the meeting, she replied to my messages fast and when we viewed the apartments Sara was quite knowledgeable as she showed me the items around the house. Luckily for me was that Seven Century Real Estate is a property management company thus Sara gave me information on the prices for the dewa, ejari that her company helped me set up , I just provided the cheques and all was done within a week. Sara also answers my queries even after the contract was signed and keys were handover. I only wish the lady who help to manage my new house would reply to her emails and watsapp on time as I had to call her a few times when I can get my tenancy contract and keys. I would recommend the company for delivering their service.
