Khaoula Mekni

Originally from Tunis, Khaoula Mekni moved to Dubai in 2011 to pursue new opportunities and a more dynamic future. With over decades of experience living in the city, she has developed a deep understanding of the city’s ever-evolving property landscape and the diverse needs of clients. Initially, she started working in the retail industry as a sales and marketing advisor for plenty of luxury brands.

However, Khaoula realised that she could start utilising her communication skills to attract clients in the real estate industry as she’s fluent in Arabic, English, and French. Known for her approachable and client-first mindset, she brings professionalism with a pinch of passion in every transaction. She primarily focuses on selling and renting properties in Dubai Land, DAMAC Hills, and JVC, as well as Off-plan properties from premium developers in Dubai.
