Signing the Agreement

After both parties have agreed on the terms you are required to sign the sales agreement called the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Form F. The document can be downloaded through the Dubai land department website and outlines the conditions of the sale, payment schedule, price and other details. Applying for No Objection Certificate from the Developer

Transferring Ownership At DLD Office

Once the NOC is in hand, the transfer of ownership is possible. Both parties are required to go to the Dubai Land Department office to transfer the ownership of the property. Keep important documents in hand including a cheque for the property, Emirates ID or passport, NOC issued by the developer, and signed Form F. The transfer can take place in a single day, with a confirmation email sent to the buyer, and a new title deed issued in the buyer’s name.
